Cancellation conditions for conferences |

Your confirmed booking can be cancelled without charges up to 6 weeks prior to the event. If
cancelling 29 – 42 days prior to the event we will charge 25% of the room rent and technical equipment,
15 – 28 days prior to the event we will charge 50% of the room rent and technical equipment.
If cancelling less than 15 days prior to the event we reserve us the right to charge 100% of the room
rent, should we not be able to resell. If cancelling less than 3 days prior to the event date we will charge
the complete confirmed event. |
